Our unique Project Management system is designed to minimize the performance and financial risk from adversely affecting the church...... How do we accomplish that??
Our firm's experience spans projects where we provided only consulting, design, bid specs & construction administration like most consulting firms. We have also had to provide design / build projects, systems integration projects and other ways of performing this work, so, we have been exposed to and experienced most of the ways these projects are done. We are always researching ways to improve what we are doing, and that is the motivation behind our unique, "hybrid" way of setting up and managing a church project.
This hybrid type of approach is unique in that it provides for a vested interest in cost effectiveness and system performance because both the A/V Contractor and the Consultant participate in system implementation. This provides a method to implement a much closer teamwork approach to getting the project done with less performance and cost risk attached to the church. The result is intended to provide a process and a system that meets or exceeds the church leadership expectations, with most of the risk distributed and shared, rather than having it passed on to the church like most projects of this type end up doing.
“One very unique, but incredibly valuable, capability that is evident from Omega’s work has to do with employing high performance technology, but doing it in a way that church volunteers can access with a minimal learning curve.”
