<< | ACOUSTICS
The first step toward high quality sound perception is excellent architectural acoustical performance. This acoustical performance will transparently blend and integrate with the amplified sound reinforcement system. When the acoustics are correct, the sound system can then accomplish the expected performance requirements.
The design goal is to provide a uniform sound field throughout the listening plane of the seating sections. This will be accomplished by determining the proper floor slope and sight lines while finding the required shaping of the wall and ceiling structures. A coordinated blend of diffusive and absorptive finishes will be specified to establish proper reverberation limits, control objectionable sound reflective echoes, and promote a uniform sound field. >>
